Two Dead After Car Plows into Semi

A car plowed into a semi truck early Monday morning in Olathe, Kan., killing Nikolas M. Musto, 20, and Castin E. Ellis, 21. Police said there were no skid marks, which indicates the driver didn't have enough time to brake. The impact was so forceful, most of the car was under the truck. Police are trying to determine if alcohol was a factor in the accident. FOX 4's Sharita Hutton has more on the story.

A Kansas City, Mo., man spent months in jail for a double murder he didn't commit. And while Mike Pogue is now glad to be free and clear, FOX 4's Dave Dunn shows us Pogue's life has been made more difficult because of what's happened. To start, his landlord evicted Pogue's family and put their belongings on the curb while he was locked up. Now they're left with only the clothes on their back, and a room at a relative's house.
