buy at own riskJanuary 3, 2009 Benjamin Main(Flint, MI) I bought these two controllers to allow for some four player action on Call of Duty. At first I thought it was an awesome deal as when I order them they were only $38.00. And they were great the first couple weeks of use. But after that the square button started to stick on the red controller. The controller isn't unusuable now, but it can hamper gameplay some. The blew controller took only maybe a one foot drop and both the L1 and R1 buttons popped out and broke. I was able to rig it up so that the controller is still kinda usuable, but again it does hamper gameplay a little if you are the one stuck using this controller.
One good thing I'll say about these controllers is the battery life they have. While these aren't the controller pimarily used unless a few people are over, they still have been used quite a bit and I've only had the change the batteries once each in the 2 month I've had them. I was worried I'd be changing them alot, but at this rate I'm not even bothering getting rechargeable batteries for them, just standard duracell AAA's.
Still usuable and for the price I paid I shouldn't complain too much. They might be an ok purchase strictly as extra controllers and be extra careful with them as they seem to be no where near as durable as the standard sony ones.
