Product Description The NXT Tour features Titleist's advanced large solid core and Fusablend cover technologies. NXT Tour's 1.590'' core size is the largest of any solid golf ball. Its core has been reformulated to provide more speed at a softer compression. The faster, softer core lowers the spin and results in longer distance. The cover of the new NXT Tour has been softened and along with the NXT's softer ball compression, provides more short game spin and control into the green.

good choice be better if price was January 7, 2009 TOlsh The NXT golf balls are an excellent choice just not at this price. I would have rated higher if the price was more competitive

My son in law, a pretty great golfer, has these on his Holiday list every year!
Read the SELLER reviews! December 13, 2008 Dallas Buyer (Dallas) The product shown and described is not what you get. They send loose, most likely used, balls with corporate sponsorship logos printed on them. I am not kidding. I don't know where they got their hands on these, but these are not new balls. They showed up in a paper mailer. You will be disappointed and have to go through a lengthy process just to get your money back.

I was pleased with the purchase of two dozen Titleist NXT Tour golf balls. The product arrived in a timely manner and were in good shape.

Almost a Pro V1, just half the price and one less layer, but it really is a superior ball because the Tour version isn't error correcting. Most golf balls are designed to actually straighten out if mis hit with excessive side spin. Don't ask me how it works, I can't explain it but I've read numerous articles that explain how and you can find them too. The Tour version is two layer ball, the NXT Extreme (formerly just NXT) is a single core ball. Golf pros have the ability to power fade or draw golf shots around dog legs, this can be accomplished with a combination of wrist and elbow position at impact and changes in stance. When using a mainstream golf ball like a Pinnacle or or even a TopFlite, the ball will straighten out. If you are inconsistent in your swing than you should avoid the NXT Tour and stick with the NXT (NXT Extreme). Either way, they won't cost as much as a Pro v1.
